Resort & Hotel Design We believe that Resorts and Hotels can become the "adult theme parks" of the 21st century. Our resorts are born of the fusion between "theme dsign" -- the art of creating places that "tell a story" -- and the realities of what it takes to make a great hotel. We strive to make each hotel a landmark. Each includs some form of entertainment, whether it's a water park, a "swim with the dolphins" experience, a luxurious spa, casino, or uniquely themed show. Beyond the amenities, the architecture, interiors, employee uniforms and landscape design comes together to create a "show" for the guests, immersing them in a three - dimentional 3-D story- telling environment. Each guest room is part of the story, a world unto itself, and within each hotel there are a variety of room designs, so that returning guests can enjoy a new experience on each visit. In fact, we don't think of them as "rooms" at all, but as three dimensional 3-D film sets. Each time a guest visits they "live" another "scene" in our film using our sets and decoration as the background for their life story. TFC hotels are not "products" that have to be price-discounted to compete with other "products," nor do they offer "services" that can be compared to other lodging.
