Outlook: Themed entertainment is coming, "closer to home," by way of themed restaurants, FECs, shopping malls and small regional parks. Developers who acknowledge the importance of providing themed environments will lead the way in expanding the entertainment market.

Trends: More attention being paid to the guest experience regarding queue lines, interactivy and personal recognition - a more humanizing experience.
